§ 204. Summary proceedings.\n The court shall have jurisdiction of summary proceedings to recover\npossession of real property located in whole or in part within the\nmunicipality, to remove tenants therefrom, and to render judgment for\nrent due without regard to amount.\n

Summary proceedings.\n The court shall have jurisdiction of summary proceedings to recover\npossession of real property located in whole or in part within the city,\nto remove tenants therefrom, and to render judgment for rent due without\nregard to amount. Except as otherwise prohibited pursuant to subdivision\nthree of section seven hundred ninety-seven of the real property actions\nand proceedings law, the court shall have jurisdiction of summary\nproceedings commenced under article seven-D of the real property actions\nand proceedings law relating to real property located in whole or in\npart within the city, and render relief authorized therein.\n
