§ 141-a. Sanitation patrol vehicle. Every vehicle operated by an\nofficer or member of the sanitation police of the department of\nsanitation of the city of New York, duly appointed and designated as a\npeace officer by such department, when such officer or member is acting\npursuant to his special duties.\n
