§ 56. Non-duplication of benefits. If benefits are required to be paid\nunder this chapter in the event of injury to or death of a volunteer\nfireman, the volunteer fireman or other persons entitled to such\nbenefits shall not receive workmen's compensation under the provisions\nof the workmen's compensation law in relation to such injury or death.\n
§ 56. Non-duplication of benefits.
