The Department of Transportation shall appear before the Joint Legislative Audit Committee established by ORS 171.580 at least once each biennium to report on internal audits and federal audits of the department.
The Oregon Transportation Commission shall report on audits of the Department of Transportation to the Joint Legislative Audit Committee established by ORS 171.580 and to the Joint Committee on Transportation established by ORS 171.858 at least once each biennium.
