(1) For purposes of proceedings commenced pursuant to ORS 240.060, 240.065, 240.080, 240.123, 243.650 to 243.809 and 341.290, a person may be represented by counsel or any other agent authorized by such person.

(2) As used in subsection (1) of this section, “person” means any individual, a labor organization or a public employer.
