Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

The act spans §§ 19-14.9-1 to 19-14.9-9 (14 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Fair Debt Collection Practices Act”.
