The monies, when allocated, shall be paid out of the opioid stewardship fund and subject to the approval of the director and the approval of the director of the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals (BHDDH), pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
The monies, when allocated, shall be paid out of the opioid stewardship fund and subject to the approval of the secretary and the approvals of the directors of the departments of health and behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
