Short title

Known as the Hospital Workplace Violence Protection Act

The act spans §§ 23-17.28-1 to 23-17.28-6 (6 sections).

P.L. 2021, ch. 330, § 1, effective January 15, 2022; P.L. 2021, ch. 331, § 1, effective January 15, 2022.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Hospital Workplace Violence Protection Act.”
