After proper notice and a hearing in accordance with chapter 35 of title 42, the commissioner may withdraw the commissioner’s approval of any form approved under § 27-18-8.1 if the commissioner finds that the form does not meet the requirements of this chapter. If approval is withdrawn, the form or rate shall not be used in this state after the date of withdrawal.
