R.I. Gen. Laws § 28-35-63

Representation of employers

P.L. 1984, ch. 142, art. 4, § 3; P.L. 1984 (s.s.), ch. 450, § 3.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in any proceeding before the workers’ compensation court an employer may be represented by an attorney at law or by any officer or employee of the employer who has been specifically registered by the employer with the permission of the court as a representative of the employer for those proceedings.
