R.I. Gen. Laws § 28-5-37

Every employer, employment agency, and labor union subject to this chapter shall post in a conspicuous place or places on his or her premises a notice to be prepared or approved by the commission, which shall set forth excerpts of this chapter and any other relevant information which the commission deems necessary to explain the chapter. Any employer, employment agency, or labor union refusing to comply with the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
