Short title

Known as the Financial Exploitation of Elders and Dependent Persons Act

The act spans §§ 33-19.1-1 to 33-19.1-9 (9 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Financial Exploitation of Elders and Dependent Persons Act.”
