The Eleanor Slater hospital

The facilities known as the general hospital, the institution of mental health and the Dr. U. E. Zambarano within the state of Rhode Island shall hereafter be named the “Eleanor Slater Hospital.”
The hospital known as the Eleanor Slater hospital shall consist of facilities in Cranston and/or Burrillville, or any units of such facilities, as licensed by the department of health.
