Whenever any bid is solicited by the state or any municipality or private party in the state of Rhode Island, the license number of any bidder who is a contractor required to be licensed under the laws of the state of Rhode Island shall be provided by the bidder. A space on the bid form, quotation, proposal, or other document shall indicate the bid price to perform the particular work involved and shall also indicate the license number of the contractor, as issued by the state of Rhode Island, to perform that work.
Whenever any bid is solicited by the state or any municipality or private party in the state of Rhode Island, the registration and/or license number of any bidder who is a contractor required to be registered and/or licensed under the laws of the state of Rhode Island shall be provided by the bidder. A space on the bid form, quotation, proposal, or other document shall indicate the bid price to perform the particular work involved and shall also indicate the registration and/or license number of the contractor, as issued by the state of Rhode Island, to perform that work.
