The state shall maintain a searchable internet website for the posting and access of public records and financial information of the state, municipalities, counties, school districts, and other political subdivisions. The content and operation of the website shall be administered jointly by the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration, Bureau of Finance and Management, and Bureau of Information and Technology.
