Resistance--Flight--Breach of arrest--Escape

Known as the Uniform State Code

The act spans §§ 33-10-1 to 33-10-99 (287 sections).

Any person subject to this code who:

(1) Resists apprehension;

(2) Flees from apprehension;

(3) Breaks arrest; or

(4) Escapes from custody or confinement;

shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
