For purposes of §§ 58-33-132 to 58-33-134, inclusive, the term, employer insurance assistance program, means a service, which is directly related to insurance purchased by an employer, that enhances that employer's ability to purchase insurance or assists in the administration of any insurance purchased by the employer.
