(1) The commissioner has the power to suspend or cancel any license issued by virtue of this chapter, after a hearing, upon written notice to the licensee at the address specified in the application for the license, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing.
(2) The notices shall set forth the reasons or grounds upon which the license is proposed to be suspended or cancelled.
(3) A violation of any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated by the commissioner constitutes a valid ground for a cancellation of any license issued under this chapter.
