(1) A permit shall be required for the transport of any mobile home exceeding one hundred twenty feet (120') in length, including towing vehicle. Permits issued pursuant to this section shall be issued on a single trip basis.

(2) The fee for this permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
