Examination of license applicants — Fees

Known as the Tennessee Application of Pesticides Act

(1) The cost for an initial examination of a license applicant is established by rule pursuant to § 43-1-703 for each category in which examination is requested.

(2) When a license application has been examined and the applicant fails to meet the qualifications for licensure, the applicant may be examined at a subsequent date in accordance with rules promulgated by the commissioner. Each application for reexamination is accompanied by a reexamination fee established by rule pursuant to § 43-1-703 for each category in which examination is requested.

(3) An applicant shall submit a separate application and reexamination fee each time a reexamination is requested for any category except the category of private pesticide applicator.
