(a) The following licensing entities shall participate in the system established under Section 2054.353:
(1) Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners;
(2) Judicial Branch Certification Commission;
(3) State Board of Dental Examiners;
(4) Texas Funeral Service Commission;
(5) Texas Medical Board;
(6) Texas Board of Nursing;
(7) Texas Optometry Board;
(8) Department of Agriculture, for licenses issued under Chapter 1951, Occupations Code;
(9) Texas State Board of Pharmacy;
(10) Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners;
(11) Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners;
(12) Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council;
(13) State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners;
(14) Texas Real Estate Commission;
(15) Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board;
(16) Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation;
(17) Texas State Board of Public Accountancy;
(18) State Board for Educator Certification;
(19) Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors;
(20) Health and Human Services Commission;
(21) Texas Board of Architectural Examiners;
(22) Texas Racing Commission;
(23) Texas Commission on Law Enforcement; and
(24) Texas Private Security Board.
(b) The department may add additional agencies as system capabilities are developed.
(c) A licensing entity other than an entity listed by Subsection (a) may participate in the system established under Section 2054.353, subject to the approval of the department.
