Known as the Texas Workers' Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 401.001 to 419.007 (623 sections).

(a) The commissioner shall adopt rules for conducting benefit review conferences.

(b) A benefit review conference is not subject to common law or statutory rules of evidence or procedure.
