ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGES; QUALIFICATIONS

Known as the Texas Workers' Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 401.001 to 419.007 (623 sections).

(a) An administrative law judge shall conduct a contested case hearing.

(b) An administrative law judge must be licensed to practice law in this state.
