USE OF PROFESSIONAL AND CONSULTING SERVICES AUTHORIZED

(a) The board may procure professional and consulting services to achieve a purpose described by Section 6.302.

(b) Chapter 2254, Government Code, applies to the procurement of professional and consulting services by the board.
