Utah Code § 34-34-16

Right to bargain collectively not denied

Known as the Utah Right to Work Law

The act spans §§ 34-34-1 to 34-34-9 (16 sections).

Enacted by Chapter 85, 1969 General Session

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to deny the right of employees to bargain collectively with their employer by and through labor unions, labor organizations or any other type of associations.
