(1) The following are the policymaking boards and committees within the department: (a) the Trauma System and Emergency Medical Services Committee created in Section 53-2d-104; (b) the Air Ambulance Committee created in Section 53-2d-107; (c) the Driver License Medical Advisory Board, created in Section 53-3-303; (d) the Concealed Firearm Review Board, created in Section 53-5a-302; (e) the Utah Fire Prevention Board, created in Section 53-7-203; (f) the Liquified Petroleum Gas Board, created in Section 53-7-304; and (g) the Bail Bond Recovery and Private Investigator Licensure Board created in Section 53-11-104.
