Rulemaking -- State board -- LEA governing boards

~~The~~ state board may ~~adopt additional~~ rules ~~and LEA~~ governing ~~boards may adopt additional policies governing~~ clubs that do not conflict with ~~the provisions of~~ this part.

(1) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the state board may make rules governing clubs that do not conflict with this part.

(2) LEA governing boards may adopt policies governing clubs that do not conflict with this part.
