Reporting requirements

As of January 1, 2025
(1) The board shall publicly display metrics on the board's website, including: (a) a measure of recidivism; (b) a measure of time under board jurisdiction; (c) a measure of prison releases by category; (d) a measure of parole revocations; (e) a measure of alignment of board decisions with the adult sentencing and supervision length guidelines, as defined in Section 63M-7-401.1; and (f) a measure of the aggregate reasons for departing from the guidelines described in Subsection (1)(e).
(1) The board shall publicly display metrics on the board's website, including: (a) a measure of recidivism; (b) a measure of time under board jurisdiction; (c) a measure of prison releases by category; (d) a measure of parole revocations; (e) a measure of alignment of board decisions with the adult sentencing and supervision length guidelines, as defined in Section 75E-4-101; and (f) a measure of the aggregate reasons for departing from the guidelines described in Subsection (1)(e).
(2) On or before November 1 of each year, the board shall submit the metrics described in Subsection (1) to the commission.
(2) On or before November 1 of each year, the board shall submit the metrics described in Subsection (1) to the Department of Criminal Justice.
