Designated office and agent for service of process

As of July 1, 2021
(1) A mutual benefit enterprise or a foreign enterprise that has a certificate of authority under section 1404 of this title shall designate and continuously maintain in this State: an office, as its designated office, which need not be a place of the enterprise's or foreign enterprise's activity in this State; and
