Vt. Stat. Ann. tit. 11C, § 1214

(1) A dissolved mutual benefit enterprise that has completed winding up may deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of termination that states: the name of the enterprise;

(2) the date of filing of its initial articles of organization; and

(3) that the enterprise is terminated.

(4) The filing of a statement of termination does not itself terminate the mutual benefit enterprise. Added 2011, No. 84 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 20, 2012.
