The first meeting of the town committee shall be held immediately following adjournment of the caucus.

At this meeting, members of the town committee shall elect committee officers and delegates to the county committee.
(2) At this meeting, members of the town committee shall elect committee officers and delegates to the county committee.
All officers and other members of the town committee and all delegates to the county committee shall be voters of the town.
(3) All officers and other members of the town committee and all delegates to the county committee shall be voters of the town.
