Vt. Stat. Ann. tit. 20, § 3174

Board standards; guidelines; procedures

(1) The Board shall adopt standards, guidelines, and procedures for: determining whether and how monetary benefits shall be paid under this chapter;

(2) what information must initially be filed with a claim under this chapter; and

(3) administering the provisions of this chapter.

(4) Standards, guidelines, and procedures adopted under this section shall be exempt from the requirements of 3 V.S.A. chapter 25. Added 2001, No. 119 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.
