Practical nurse licensure by examination

To be eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by examination, an applicant shall:

(1) Subdivision (1) effective until April 1, 2021; see also subdivision (1) effective April 1, 2021 set out below. complete an approved U.S. practical nursing education program meeting requirements set by the Board by rule; and (1) Subdivision (1) effective April 1, 2021; see also subdivision (1) effective until April 1, 2021 set out above. complete an approved U.S. practical nursing education program meeting requirements set by the Board by rule or completion of equivalent study in a program conducted by the U.S. Armed Forces satisfactory to the Director; and
(1) complete an approved U.S. practical nursing education program meeting requirements set by the Board by rule or completion of equivalent study in a program conducted by the U.S. Armed Forces satisfactory to the Director; and
