To be eligible for certification as a dietitian, an applicant:
To be eligible for certification as a dietitian, an applicant:
(1) shall not be in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or rule adopted in accordance with the provisions of the chapter; and

(2) shall have proof of registration as a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; or (2) (A) shall have proof of registration as a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; or
(2) shall have proof of registration as a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; or (2) (A) shall have proof of registration as a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; or
(3) shall have: received a bachelor of arts or science or a higher degree in dietetics from an accredited college or university; and
(3) shall have: received a bachelor of arts or science or a higher degree in dietetics from an accredited college or university; and
(4) satisfactorily completed a minimum of 900 practicum hours of supervision under an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics dietitian registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; and
(4) satisfactorily completed a minimum of 900 practicum hours of supervision under an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics dietitian registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; and
