(1) An applicant or a registrant shall be subject to disciplinary action for the conduct listed in this section and in 3 V.S.A. § 129a: A boxer, for fighting after failing a pre-fight physical examination.

(5) After hearing, and upon a finding of wrongdoing, the administrative law officer appointed under subsection 3 V.S.A. § 129(j) may take disciplinary action against a registrant or an applicant.
