Applicants and persons regulated by this subchapter shall be subject to the following fees:

(1) Application: (A) Promoter license $500.00 (B) Event license $250.00 (C) Contestant license $ 25.00 (D) Participant license $ 25.00 (2) Biennial renewal for managers, seconds referees, and judges $ 25.00 (3) Biennial renewal for promoters $500.00 (4) Annual renewal for contestants $ 25.00 (5) Late fees set pursuant to 3 V.S.A. § 127(d)(1).
