(1) Police departments, sheriff's departments, and State Police district offices shall establish procedures for filing orders issued under this subchapter and for making personnel aware of the existence and contents of such orders.

(2) Any court in this State that issues an order under this subchapter shall transmit a copy of the order to the Department of Public Safety Protective Order Database. Added 1991, No. 180 (Adj. Sess.), § 2; amended 2005, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 8, eff. Oct. 1, 2006.
