(1) A person aggrieved by a decision or action of the licensing agency may file a request for a fair hearing with the Human Services Board as provided in 3 V.S.A. § 3091.

(2) A resident subject to transfer under subsection 7111(f) of this title may contest such transfer by filing a request for a fair hearing with the Board of Human Services as provided in 3 V.S.A. § 3091. Added 1973, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 8; amended 1985, No. 151 (Adj. Sess.), § 12.
