Terms of permits, licenses, and certificates

As of July 1, 2021
(1) All permits, licenses, and certificates shall expire one year after the date of issuance.

(2) A permit, license, or certificate may be renewed as follows: A first-class or second-class license, and an outside consumption permit associated with a first-class license, may be renewed by: payment of the fee provided in section 204 of this title;
