Suspension and revocation of licenses; civil penalties

(1) The Board shall have the authority to suspend or revoke a cannabis establishment license for violations of this chapter in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to this chapter.

(2) The Board shall have authority to issue civil citations for violations of this chapter in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. Any proposed rule under this section shall include the full, minimum, and waiver penalty amounts for each violation. Added 2019, No. 164 (Adj. Sess.), § 7, eff. Oct. 7, 2020.
