Vt. Stat. Ann. tit. 8, § 3462

Investments—Foreign insurers

The investments of a foreign or alien insurer shall be as permitted by the laws of its domicile if of a quality substantially as high as that required under this chapter for similar funds of like domestic insurers. (1967, No. 344 (Adj. Sess.), § 1 (ch. 1, subch. 5, art. 2).)
