Burial expenses

In all cases where death of an employee proximately results from the injury the employer or insurer shall pay the reasonable expense for burial, not exceeding $6,000.
In all cases in which the death of an employee proximately results from the injury, the employer or insurer shall pay the actual expense for burial, not exceeding $10,000.
