Any person who shall violate ss. 103.15 (2) or (3) , 103.17 , 103.18 and 103.19 shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not exceeding $100.
Any person who violates s. 103.15 (2) or (3) , 103.17 , or 103.18 shall be fined not more than $100.
