Combination permits

As of January 1, 2003
(1) The department may issue the following combination permits: (a) A combination manufacturer's and rectifier's permit. (b) A combination rectifier's and wholesaler's permit.
(1) The department may issue a combination manufacturer's and rectifier's permit.
(2) A combination manufacturer's and wholesaler's permit may not be issued.
(2) A combination manufacturer's and wholesaler's permit may not be issued. A combination rectifier's and wholesaler's permit may not be issued.
