Collective bargaining

This chapter shall be so construed as to permit collective bargaining by associations of producers of agricultural products, by organizations permitted under ch. 185 and by associations of employees when such bargaining is actually and expressly done for the individual benefit of the separate members of each such association making such collective bargain.
