to 134.31 . Every person who violates any of the provisions of ss. 134.25 to 134.31 , and every officer, manager, director or managing agent of any such person directly participating in or consenting to a violation of ss. 134.25 to 134.31 , shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 3 months or both.
