Any lender who intentionally violates s. 138.053 , 138.055 or 138.056 is liable to the borrower for all excess interest collected, plus interest thereon at the rate of 5% per year. In addition, the borrower may recover actual damages, including incidental and consequential damages, sustained by reason of the violation.
