The department of tourism shall file a report with the commission no later than April 30 annually, specifying the source and amount of anything of value received by the department of tourism during the preceding calendar year for a purpose specified in s. 19.56 (3)
(em) and the proGENERAL DUTIES OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS 19.5931 gram or activity in connection with which the thing is received, together with the location and date of that program or activity.
