Willful neglect of railroad employees

Any officer, agent, conductor, engineer or employee of any railroad company operating within this state who willfully neglects or omits to ring or cause to be rung the bell on the engine of any train of cars or on an engine alone or to blow the whistle, as required by s. 192.29 (3) and (4) shall be imprisoned not more than 6 months or fined not exceeding $100.
Any officer, agent, conductor, engineer or employee of any railroad company operating within this state who willfully neglects or omits to ring or cause to be rung the bell on the engine of any train of cars or on an engine alone, as required by s. 192.29 (3) and (4) , shall forfeit $100.
