There is appropriated from the transportation fund, or from other funds if so indicated, to the department of transportation the amounts indicated for the following programs:

(br) Milwaukee urban area rail transit system planning study; state funds. The amounts in the schedule for the purpose of providing the state share of a federally financially assisted planning study of an urban rail transit system under s. 85.063 to serve the Milwaukee urban area. The department shall maximize the use of federal financial aids available for this study wherever feasible and appropriate.
(av) Supplemental transportation aids to towns, state funds. The amounts in the schedule to make the supplemental transportation aids payments to towns under s. 86.30 (3) .
(aw) Adjustments for certain transportation aid limitations. The amounts in the schedule to make general transportation aids adjustment payments under s. 86.30 (2m) .
(bq) Intercity bus assistance program, state funds. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for the intercity bus assistance program under s. 85.26 .
(bs) Transportation employment and mobility, state funds. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for the transportation employment and mobility program under s. 85.24 (3) (d) and for the grant under 2001 Wisconsin Act 16 , section 9152 (5) .
(bv) Transit and other transportation-related aids, local funds. All moneys received from any local unit of government or other source for urban mass transit purposes under s. 85.20 , for rural public transportation purposes under s. 85.23 , for transportation employment and mobility purposes under s. 85.24 that are not funded from other appropriations under this subsection, or for intercity bus assistance purposes under s. 85.26 , for such purposes.
(bv) Transit and other transportation-related aids, local funds. All moneys received from any local unit of government or other source for urban mass transit purposes under s. 85.20 , for rural public transportation purposes under s. 85.23 , for transportation employment and mobility purposes under s. 85.24 that are not funded from other appropriations under this subsection, or for intercity bus assistance purposes under s. 85.26 , for such purposes.
(bx) Transit and other transportation-related aids, federal funds. All moneys received from the federal government for urban mass transit purposes under s. 85.20 , for rural public transportation purposes under s. 85.23 , for transportation employment and mobility purposes under s. 85.24 that are not funded from other appropriations under this subsection, or for intercity bus assistance purposes under s. 85.26 , for such purposes.

All moneys received from the federal government for urban mass transit purposes under s. 85.20 , for rural public transportation purposes under s. 85.23 , for transportation employment and mobility purposes under s. 85.24 that are not funded from other appropriations under this subsection, or for intercity bus assistance purposes under s. 85.26 , for such purposes.
(ck) Tribal elderly transportation grants. From the general fund, the amounts in the schedule for grants under s. 85.215 to American Indian tribes and bands for transportation assistance for the elderly. All moneys transferred from the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (8) (hm) 22. shall be credited to this appropriation account. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a) , the unencumbered balance on June 30 of each year shall revert to the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (8) (hm) .
(ck) Tribal elderly transportation grants. From the general fund, the amounts in the schedule for grants under s. 85.215 to American Indian tribes and bands for transportation assistance for the elderly. All moneys transferred from the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (8) (hm) 22. shall be credited to this appropriation account. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a) , the unencumbered balance on June 30 of each year shall revert to the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (8) (hm) .
(cq) Elderly and disabled capital aids, state funds. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for specialized transportation capital assistance for the elderly and disabled under s. 85.22 .

(eq) Highway and local bridge improvement assistance, state funds. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for bridge development, construction, and rehabilitation under s. 84.18 , for the development and construction of bridges under ss. 84.12 and 84.17 , for payments to local units of government for jurisdictional transfers under s. 84.16 , for the improvement of the state trunk highway system under 1985 Wisconsin Act 341 , section 6 (1) , and to provide for the payments specified under 2001 Wisconsin Act 16 , section 9152 (3d) .

All moneys received from any local unit of government or other source for improving bridges under ss. 84.12 , 84.17 and 84.18 , for such purposes, and, for traffic marking enhancements under s. 85.027 , all moneys transferred from the appropriation account under s. 20.395 (3) (cq) , as required by 2003 Wisconsin Act 33 , section 9153 (4q) .
(ev) Local bridge improvement assistance, local funds. All moneys received from any local unit of government or other source for improving bridges under ss. 84.12 , 84.17 and 84.18 , for such purposes.
